PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Even when you have the right team in place, sometimes you need someone to coordinate all the pieces in order to move from idea to implementation. We know how critical it is to be able to do multiple things at once, in theory and in practice, but sometimes you just need a little help. With extensive experience in nonprofit communications and operations, we can help your team meet their demands; identifying needs, managing a timeline and budget, juggling vendors or building relationships. We know the key to doing this right is a true appreciation for getting to know people and a sense of humor - two of our favorite things about working with a wide range of organizations.
